For our Guests arriving by Car:
It's possible arrive directly in our parking lot at Via Bagnoli Croci nr. 75 with your car. Upon arrival, we offer a Valet Parking service (upon request and advanced reservation). The rate for 2024 is EUR 20.00 per night for cars and EUR 40.00 per night for minivans.
We suggest you to contact us at +39 0942 23312 when you are near the hotel so that we can organize your arrival with our staff.
1. When handing over the keys to the Valet Parking service (our external partner), any existing damage will be documented photographically, as evidence that the Hotel is not responsible.
2. The Hotel is also exempt from any damage reported on the car not only arrival but also during the stay, included exits, and departure.
3. It is prohibited to keep flammable substances, valuable items, money, and/or other items inside parked vehicles that may, for any reason, pose a danger or be indicative of theft. We invite our guests to check and retrieve any items they may need during their stay before moving the car from our parking lot.
4. Guests are kindly requested to inform us of the vehicle pickup at least 30/45 minutes before use.
5. The service is not available from 8: 00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., so if the guests needs their car at a different time, it must be communicated in advance.
