The specialist wine menu is supported by an equally knowledgeable staff , or, if cocktails are more your thing, our skilled barmen prepare the very best of these too.
 It's this combination of fine food and wine that has seen the Hotel awarded the prize the “La Carta delle Carte” from the Italian national bar magazine. Notable wines presented at the hotel are the Etna Red ‘Rasule Alte’ made in the Tenuta Chiuse del Signore, wine estate of the Gais Hotels Group.
Gazing out through the large French windows overlooking the sea, enjoying breakfast of the day, gives guests the sensation of floating between the earth and the sky.

Pool Terrace
 Exclusively reserved for banqueting, weddings and celebrations, the Pool Terrace bathed by the blue of the sky and sea, is a place to contemplate the rhythm of sea tides and the setting sun. It becomes a spectacular outdoor amphitheatre during summertime for a charming and stylish dining experience.
